If I’m not at the studio, you can find me:Hitting up a local mom and pop place like my favorite Italian market in town, then Bass Pro Shops before hiking around a lake, adventuring in the mountains, beach, or hugging a local tree, Plein air painting and dance. My favorite is exploring the world with my little family, my fiancé and hound dog, Chapman—who might just get a shout-out when I'm cueing "tucking tails" in class!
Fun fact/party trick:I was scrubbed into surgery and there was an emergency during a heart transplant. I helped remove the heart out from the donor, cleaned it up with the head surgeon, helped transplant into the receiving patient, and saw them wake up to greet their family. It was crazy and beautiful!
