Within one of our signature 50-minute classes, you can expect:

Here’s what to know before your first class:
Arrive Early
Please arrive 15 minutes before your class for a personalized studio tour and introduction to our equipment.
Be on Time
For safety and the best experience, new clients might not be permitted to join class after class start.
Prepare for Transformation
Wear comfortable attire, bring grip socks or purchase in-studio (they’re required!), and be ready to experience a dynamic, full-body workout.
