FAQs

JETSET is one of the fastest-growing modern Pilates brands in the country, built on a signature method, elevated design standards, and a deeply loyal client base. Our seamlessly programmed, high-tension, luxury-driven experience leads to exceptional retention and unusually high visit frequency. Franchise partners benefit from a proven model, sophisticated support, and strong brand equity.

Clients return for three reasons: results, experience, and community. JETSET delivers a highly effective, full-body, tension-based workout supported by seamless transitions, curated playlists, and precise instruction. The environment is elevated, the culture is positive, and the classes are built to keep clients progressing.

First, it’s important to understand the category. JETSET is a high-tension, low-impact training method built around continuous load, athletic results, and targeted muscular endurance that helps clients progress safely and consistently. This differs from more traditional Pilates formats, including classical, contemporary, and accessory-based studios, which prioritize alignment, breath, slower transitions, and lower tension. Because JETSET sits firmly in the modern Pilates category, saturation is evaluated relative to this competitive set rather than more traditional Pilates concepts.

We also leverage advanced mobile data analytics tools to evaluate the true potential of a market. Our process uses demographic modeling, competitive density mapping, trade-area visitation data, and audience segmentation. We examine where clients live and work, how often they visit similar concepts, and how many modern Pilates competitors operate within your true trade area, which could penalize the visit potential. This allows us to accurately forecast opportunity, ensure territory viability, and guide franchise partners toward markets where JETSET can thrive long-term.

Most JETSET studios range from 1,500 to 2,500 square feet. The number of reformers depends on the space’s size and shape, and we evaluate each site individually to ensure optimal spacing, flow, and client experience, based on demand in the trade area.

Yes. Franchise partners receive a dedicated Field Marketing team member, centralized digital marketing support, a proven lead-generation and conversion strategy, and guidance for partnership outreach. Franchise partners also have the autonomy to build authentic community presence through social media and community engagement.

No. Many franchise partners come from outside the fitness industry. Prior Pilates experience, fitness experience, or business ownership is not required. What matters most is a passion for people, wellness, and community-building, paired with the willingness to follow our systems and execute the playbook.

The total investment is outlined in the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), with an initial investment starting at approximately $413,100 and ranging up to $806,900. Minimum financial requirements include $200,000 in liquid capital and $500,000 in net worth. JETSET’s lean footprint and streamlined operations keep it accessible within the premium boutique fitness category.

We look for partners who are passionate about health, fitness, and wellness; strong communicators and relationship builders; and natural leaders. Prior fitness or entrepreneurial experience is not necessary. What matters most is the ability to follow a proven blueprint and embrace the level of ownership required to successfully operate a small business.

Owners typically lead and support their studio team, review performance metrics, oversee local marketing, engage with members, and ensure a consistently elevated client experience. The first 90 days are more hands-on as the owner hires, trains, and empowers the General Manager. After that, most owners transition into an ideal semi-absentee role, managing the business at a strategic level rather than day-to-day.

Support begins on day one and includes real estate and site selection, lease negotiation guidance, architectural and construction support, owner and instructor training, pre-sales and launch marketing, ongoing business coaching, operational playbooks, technology systems, and national partnerships.

Submit a franchise inquiry form, and our development team will evaluate availability within the protected market boundaries of your desired area.

Yes. JETSET is highly multi-unit friendly. Many franchise partners expand into multiple studios, and our average owner holds 2.5 territories. Multi-unit opportunities are available in most markets.

While JETSET does not directly provide financing, we connect qualified candidates with preferred SBA lenders and franchise finance brokers who understand our model and offer competitive loan options.

Financial performance varies by location and operator. All earnings-related information is detailed in Item 19 of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).

Yes. We offer hands-on real estate support, including preferred brokers, market analysis, heat maps, trade area modeling, site scoring, and lease negotiation guidance.

Most studios open within 9 to 12 months, depending on real estate timelines, permitting, and construction schedules in your market.

Submit your inquiry, join an introductory call, review the FDD, meet the leadership team, confirm your territory, and begin onboarding and the real estate process. From there, we work with you to bring your JETSET studio to life.

This information is not intended as an offer to sell, or the solicitation of an offer to buy, a franchise. An offer can only be made through the delivery of a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Certain states require that we register the FDD before we can offer or sell a franchise in those states. Currently, the following states regulate the offer and sale of franchises: California, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin. If you are a resident of, or wish to establish a franchise in, one of these states, we will not offer you a franchise unless and until we have complied with applicable registration and disclosure requirements. We recommend that prospective franchisees review the FDD with their legal and financial advisors before entering into any franchise agreement.
